Magenta in Popular Culture

Magenta also had a breif impact on popular culture, in Japan. In the 2009 television show "Kamen Rider Decade," the color schemes of the costumes of the main characters are based around the CMYK model, as the show is themed around photography. The main character, Kamen Rider Decade, is magenta. The reason he is magenta is to make him stand out by giving him the boldest color in the model. In doing this he also comes off as masculine and threatening because magenta aids in the attraction of high paced action.
